You have options.
1 - Try bribing the Judge. 👨⚖️
You have done good things, right? You probably have donated to charity or maybe did some volunteering. Maybe tell that to God during your judgement. He definitely forgot about that, right?
Tell us, will the perfect, holy, and righteous Judge of all things be bribed by your works? Will that donation to PBS or the Salvation Army that one time cover cosmic treason?
Tell us, how much would you have to give in order to pay the fine for blasphemy? $100? Maybe $1,000?
As you can hear in our sarcasm, that won't work out for you too well. Remember, you aren't being judged for your good things, but for your bad things.
2 - Don't die. ☠️
This is an interesting one to try. We know God will pay us all in death (Romans 6:23), but maybe He forgot about you. Death is the ultimate statistic - except for you. You certainly aren't one of the 150k+ that die every day. You certainly aren't one of the dozens that have died while taking this quiz.
You will be good, right? Just don't listen to the doctor's diagnoses nor the statistics of car accidents. You should be just fine.
Kidding (and please don't ignore the doctors). You are like the rest of us. Our days have been numbered and we are all appointed a time for judgement.
3 - Have Someone else pay your penalty. 🤔
Hmm, this is an interesting idea. If Someone paid the fine for your cosmic treason and perfectly and totally satisfied the wrath of the Judge, justice would be satisfied, no?
Yet, Who could ever pay for crimes that weren't Their own?
